Install and manage plugins
Find the feature you need in the plugin overview, then ask a super administrator to install it.
1. Install a plugin
- Open Plugin center in Panel and choose a plugin and version.
- Check its publisher, version compatibility, and requested permissions. Install only plugins you trust.
- Choose the audience and workspaces, then fill in required settings. Put API keys, passwords, and other credentials in the dedicated secret fields.
- Complete installation, enable the plugin, and follow its guide for any remaining setup.
Installation grants all declared permissions. Releases with invalid signatures, revoked releases, and incompatible versions cannot be installed.
2. Choose who can use it
| Setting | Options |
|---|---|
| Audience | All users or administrators only |
| Workspaces | All or selected workspaces |
Both default to all and can be changed later. Selecting workspaces limits the plugin to those workspaces and excludes management-panel conversations. Users also need read access to the target workspace.
3. Open the plugin
- Workspace view: Open the workspace and choose the plugin from its toolbar. Switching tabs preserves an opened view; switching workspaces or upgrading the plugin reloads it.
- Conversation skill: Type
@in an AI conversation and choose a skill. Use a workspace conversation to install games, edit files, or manage services. - AI tools: Some plugins only provide tools for the AI and have no separate tab.
See the plugin overview for each entry point. If a plugin needs a third-party account connection, a super administrator must connect it. That connection is usually shared by users allowed to use the plugin.
Connect QQ or another external chat
Follow the QQ Bot guide to bind a workspace conversation and set member access. Reception continues while the browser is closed; read Plugin permissions before confirming.
Configure, upgrade, or remove
- Configure: Open the installed plugin's settings and fill in required fields and secrets. You can still manage its saved configuration when the original installation source is temporarily unavailable.
- Upgrade: Review permission and configuration changes, then install the target version. Unchanged audience and workspace settings are retained. Check account connections and chat bindings afterward.
- Pause: Disable the plugin to close background connections while keeping its data. To pause only one chat, pause its binding.
- Uninstall: This deletes the plugin's persistent data. Save anything you need first.
Plugin data survives upgrades, disablement, and restarts. For help, see Troubleshooting.
