BMCLAPI server downloads
Use this with Minecraft Java server installation to choose mirrors for supported version queries, server files, and Java downloads. No API key or separate tab is needed.
Get started
Install and enable both BMCLAPI and the Minecraft installer for your account and workspace.
Choose 下载源 (download source) in BMCLAPI plugin settings.
Open a workspace conversation, select
install-minecraft, and describe the server and source you want. For example:Install a Vanilla Minecraft server, preferring BMCLAPI. Check the version and Java first, and list anything requiring an official-source fallback.
Review the actual sources, startup result, and unfinished steps. The installation flow still handles EULA acceptance, game settings, and startup checks.
Choose a source
| Option | Behavior |
|---|---|
| Prefer BMCLAPI (default) | Use mirrors first; try official sources when support is missing or fallback conditions are met |
| BMCLAPI only | Pause if required content is unavailable; do not switch automatically |
| Official | Use official queries and download URLs |
Covered sources include Vanilla, Forge, NeoForge, Fabric, and Mojang Java Runtime, subject to availability for the selected version. Paper, Purpur, Folia, and Quilt are outside mirror coverage; downloads made inside installers are not necessarily mirrored either.
Downloads run from the target workspace and require network, file, and download permissions. Mirror mode does not provide network isolation or guarantee that all traffic uses a mirror.
Common problems
- Version or Java missing: the mirror may not have synchronized it or may not support it. Mirror-only mode pauses; explicitly choose another mode and review the plan if needed.
- Verification fails: stop using the file and check its source; do not disable verification.
- Installation interrupted: continue the same task using its recorded versions and sources, preserving progress.
